The text: "You must also check the box affirming that you are not violating any copyrights by uploading the file." needs to be removed, there is no such box.
Also, The text: "Unlike most operating systems, file names on Memory Alpha are case sensitive. Please use lowercase file extensions wherever possible!" is misleading. Only windows is case-sensitive.
