Meezan IV was the fourth planet in the Meezan planetary system.
In 2373, Julian Bashir attended a burn treatment conference on Meezan IV, during which he was abducted by the Dominion and replaced by a Changeling infiltrator. The real Bashir was detained at Internment Camp 371 in the Gamma Quadrant. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")
