Melanie Smith (born December 16, 1962) was the third and final actress to play Tora Ziyal on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. She has also had recurring roles on Seinfeld, Melrose Place and The Division, and also had a recurring role on the soap opera As the World Turns.
