Melinda Page Hamilton (born 22 August 1974; age 49) is an American actress who made her television acting debut as Feezal Phlox in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Stigma". She has since appeared on such television series as CSI: Miami, Medical Investigation (a short-lived NBC drama starring Neal McDonough, in a 2004 episode with Art Chudabala and Glenn Morshower), Numb3rs, Nip/Tuck (with Bob Gunton, CSI: NY, and Cold Case (with Michael Shamus Wiles and Brigid Brannagh). She also had a supporting role in the 2004 film Promised Land and was the star of Bobcat Goldthwait's 2006 comedy Sleeping Dogs Lie.
During the 2005-2006 television season, Hamilton had a recurring role on the hit ABC drama Desperate Housewives as Sister Mary Bernard, a nun trying to pursue married man Carlos Solis. Teri Hatcher, Mark Moses, Brenda Strong, and Alfre Woodard were all regulars on this series at the time, and Paul Dooley had a recurring role. Most recently, Hamilton was seen in an episode of the short-lived NBC series Raines, starring former Enterprise actress Linda Park.
