Melissa was a holographic character in the Bashir 62 holoprogram.

In "1962", Vic Fontaine had a table reserved at the Dunes Hotel for himself, Odo, Melissa and Ginger, where they were going to see Shecky Greene perform.

Melissa was interested in Odo and considered his hands to be "artistic". When Odo asked about Greene, she took his ignorance as a sign of humor and exclaimed "I think I'm in love". (DS9: "His Way")

Melissa was played by Debi A. Monahan.
