A puppeteer as well as an actor, Sisti donned a turtle costume to play the role of Michaelangelo in the hit 1990 film adaptation of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Fellow Ferengi actor Josh Pais played Raphael in the film, while fellow TNG guest star Brian Tochi voiced Leonardo. Sisti also appeared as a pizza delivery man in the film. Both Sisti and Tochi reprised their respective roles the following year for the sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze, which also starred David Warner and featured Lisa Chess. Afterward, Sisti again acted in costume to play Charlene Sinclair, the 12-year-old daughter on the hit Jim Henson television puppet series Dinosaurs from 1991 through 1994.
Sisti also appeared in an episode of the science fiction series Babylon 5 with Mary Kay Adams, Ron Canada, Lenore Kasdorf, Andreas Katsulas, and Bill Mumy, and was the lead puppeteer on Baby Buddy in Buddy the 1997 film of the same name. He also worked as a puppeteer for such films as George of the Jungle (1997), Lost in Space (1998), Men in Black II (2002), and Team America: World Police (2004).
