Michelle Parylak (born 5 January 1975; age 49) is an actress who had a featured role as a USS Enterprise crewmember in Star Trek. [1]

Parylak was born in upstate New York and graduated from New York City's Pace University with a BFA in Theater. After working as an actress and lighting designer for theatrical productions in Manhattan, she joined the Atlantic Theater Company's two-year acting program. Around this time she made her feature film debut in a drama called Chaos Theory and also appeared in an episode of NBC's Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

She ultimately made the move to Los Angeles, where she has been working steadily since 2001. She appeared in the independent film Strange Hearts (with Christopher Michael), the 2005 horror film Stage Fright, and had a supporting role in Big Momma's House (2006, co-starring Mark Moses). Her short film credits have included Frank's Book (2001) and The Cookie Thief (2008).

Parylak was seen in Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008, featuring Branscombe Richmond and Massi Furlan). In addition to her role in Star Trek, Parylak was recently cast in the action-thriller Silicon Valley. She also had a guest spot on the CBS series Moonlight.
