Mickey D was a character from the novel Hotel Royale by Todd Matthews.

A gangster and "nefarious lothario", Mickey owned the titular hotel and casino. Though his presence is felt throughout, Mickey D appears only during the climax of the novel when he returns to the hotel to shoot the bellboy shortly before the hotel is sold to three foreign investors.

In 2044, a physical representation of Mickey D was created by an unknown alien force on the planet Theta VIII in an effort to provide a simulation of normal life for Colonel Stephen G. Richey who had crashed on the planet. (TNG: "The Royale")

Mickey D was played by Gregory Beecroft.
