A Military Governor is a military officer, usually a general assigned to rule over a section of territory that is under military jurisdiction. Examples of this was the Axis rulers of Europe, the Allies rule of Europe during World War II on Earth. Examples of military Governors on Earth are General MacArthur, who ruled Japan after World War II ended.
