In that year, Quark claimed that Hagath and Gaila's supplier had sold every stockpile of a mutagenic retrovirus to Minnobia to be used against the Vek. (DS9: "Business as Usual")
This planet was only mentioned in dialogue.
In the pronunciation guide for this script, there was a listing for Minnobeans. This might be what the native population of this world was called. [1]
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 43) stated that Minnobia was the name of a civilization.
