Andorian rebel starship
Two Andorian ships were part of the fleet that attacked the ISS Avenger in 2155, one of these ships was destroyed by a phaser blast from the USS Defiant and the other allowed to escape by Archer to spread fear among the rebels. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
- These vessels were the mirror universe counterpart to the Andorian Kumari class cruiser.
Cardassian Alliance cruiser
This class of vessel was used by the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance during the 2370s. (DS9: "Through the Looking Glass", "Shattered Mirror")
One Klingon and two Cardassian warships surround a Terran Rebellion craft.
- These vessels were the mirror universe counterpart to the Cardassian Galor-class warship.
- In "Through the Looking Glass", these vessels clearly had cloaking devices, however, it seemed by "The Emperor's New Cloak", the Alliance no longer had the cloaking technology that was previously found on these vessels.
Klingon Alliance attack cruiser
This class of vessel was used by the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance during the 2370s. (DS9: "Crossover", "Through the Looking Glass")
- These vessels were the mirror universe counterpart to the Klingon Vor'cha-class attack cruiser.
- In the first two appearances, these vessels clearly had cloaking devices, however, it seemed by "The Emperor's New Cloak", the Alliance no longer had the cloaking technology that was previously found on these vessels.

Tellarite rebel cruiser
Tellarite rebel cruisers were among those attacking the ISS Avenger at the Terran fleet rendevouz point. Commander Jonathan Archer ordered this ship destroyed. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
Tholian warship
Several Tholian starships and their "spun" web.
In the mirror universe, Tholian warships were relatively small starships of characteristical shape. Their small size permitted these vessels to be highly agile.
Several were encountered by the ISS Enterprise (NX-01) in 2155. These vessels would discover the Enterprise's illegal presence in the Vintaak system, attempting to steal the USS Defiant. Several of these ships would encase the Enterprise with a web, then proceed to destroy it with weapons fire. (ENT: "In a Mirror, Darkly", "In a Mirror, Darkly, Part II")
