Chardis from Mislen.
The Mislenites are a warp capable, humanoid race from the planet Mislen in the Delta Quadrant.
One of their number, Chardis, was encountered by the USS Voyager in 2373. (VOY: "The Swarm")
The name of the species was not established in the dialog, but is instead derived from startrek.com.
