Mizar II was second planet in the Mizar system, and was the homeworld of the Mizarians.
Due to the Mizarians' pacifist traditions, the planet was conquered six times in a matter of three centuries. (TNG: "Allegiance")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 44, Mizar II was a planet in the Mizar (Zeta Ursae Majoris) star system. In the 22nd century, Mizar II was a non-aligned planet in the Alpha Quadrant.
