In an alternate timeline, Molly was a young inhabitant of Gaia, a descendant of Miles O'Brien and Rita Tannenbaum; specifically their great-great-great-great-great-granddaughter.

Molly came from a long line of "Mollys" who descended from the O'Brien line that had inhabited Gaia from the mid-22nd century to the mid-24th century. Like her predecessors, she was named in honor of Molly O'Brien. (DS9: "Children of Time")

Molly was played by Doren Fein.

The costume worn by Fein as Molly was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
