Despite his supposed background, Monty Cox has a rather sullied reputation within the animal training industry due to his macho bravado and his tremendously huge ego which poses numerous risks to those working around or with him but to the animals themselves. How he has survived so long in the industry without serious injury has perplexed most of the animal trainers within the industry.
