Sergeant Kemper (played Nathan Anderson) was a member of the MACO force assigned to Enterprise.
Kemper was slow to adjust to life in space; he had to visit Doctor Phlox every morning. He ate lunch in the mess hall with Hayes, Romero, and Chang every day. Kemper lived in Duluth, Minnesota until junior high-school. Before his assignment to Enterprise, Kemper was posted outside Atlanta.
Appearances
A female MACO is injured in the episode "Countdown". Later in the episode Malcolm Reed says that Sergeant Kemper will be fine. It looks like he confused her with Corporal McKenzie who Hayes nominated as his successor.
