Sergeant N. Kemper was a MACO soldier assigned to the Enterprise NX-01 during its mission in the Delphic Expanse in 2153.
Early life
Kemper lived in Duluth, Minnesota until junior high school. Prior to his assignment to Enterprise, he was stationed outside Atlanta. (ENT: "The Xindi")

Kemper was slow to adjust to life in space, visiting Doctor Phlox nearly every morning after first joining the crew. As one of his first assignments on Enterprise, Kemper participated in the rescue of Captain Archer, Commander Tucker, and the Xindi Kessick from a trellium-mining colony.
