Nimian sea salt is a culinary spice native to the Delta Quadrant.

While Neelix was once preparing a Jibalian omelette, he had forgotten an ingredient but did not realize it. He tried adding several more spices, before realizing that he had forgotten this specific kind of salt. (VOY: "Prototype")
