Captain O'Shea
Captain O'Shea was the commanding officer of the Federation starship USS Huron in 2270.
He was injured during the Orion attack on his vessel. Dr. McCoy performed minor surgery on O'Shea and he later made a full recovery. (TAS: "The Pirates of Orion")

Background information
O'Shea's was one of the character voices provided by James Doohan. O'Shea, like his fellow crewmembers, wore no rank insignia. It is therefore unclear whether he was a captain by rank, or by position only.
Star Trek Log 5 gives his first name as Svenquist.
