The Odin was a freighter that was declared missing in 2357. What remained of the vessel was found abandoned in space in 2364 by the USS Enterprise-D. It had been damaged by a collision with an asteroid, and only four crewmembers escaped to the nearest class M planet, Angel I. (TNG:"Angel One")
