An Off-Zel vase was a very rare and valuable piece of pottery. It was produced by Mark Off-Zel, who was an artist from Sirrie IV. He died sometime before 2366.
Kivas Fajo had one of the few remaining vases in his collection. This vase was mentioned in a listing of Fajo's collections in his Federation biographical data file. (TNG: "The Most Toys", okudagram)
K'mpec kept a similar statue in his quarters aboard his Vor'cha-class attack cruiser in 2367. (TNG: "Reunion")
