The Orb of Contemplation.
The Orb of Contemplation was one of the nine original orbs sent by the Prophets out of the Bajoran wormhole.
In 2374, it was housed in the Bajoran Temple on Deep Space Nine. Jadzia Dax was in the temple, praying to the Prophets through the orb, when Gul Dukat, possessed by a Pah-wraith transported into the shrine. He fatally wounded Jadzia, before releasing the Wraith into the orb. This allowed the Pah-Wraiths to enter the wormhole, collapsing its entrance and starting a celestial war between the Prophets and the Pah-wraith. (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")
