An osteopathic stimulator is a medical tool used to stimulate the natural repair of broken or fractured bones.
Some shuttlecraft are equipped with such stimulators as part of their emergency medkit but they can only heal minor fractures - more serious fractures would require treatment at a medical facility onboard a starship or at a starbase.
The model of dermal regenerator used onboard Prometheus class vessels doubles up as an osteogenic stimulator. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle")
