Oysters Rockefeller was a rich Earth food. It was made of a combination of oysters, spinach, parsley, and Parmesan cheese, topped with a rich white sauce of butter, flour, and milk, among other things.

On their first date in 2374, Odo and Kira Nerys had oysters Rockefeller with a '55 Dom Pérignon, although Odo wasn't aware it was the real Major Kira. (DS9: "His Way")
