Pancho's Happy Bottom Riding Club was an establishment on Deep Space 9's Promenade. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine set decoration)

The Happy Bottom Riding Club was a famous restaurant in California, run by Florence Lowe "Pancho" Barnes. It was located in what is now Edwards Air Force Base.
The club's relationship to the first supersonic flight on Earth was described in both the literary and cinematic versions of The Right Stuff, which dramatized the nascent period of NASA.
In the Star Trek: The Next Generation relaunch novels, the Ten Forward equivalent on the USS Enterprise-E was named the "Happy Bottom Riding Club" to the chagrin of the ship's Vulcan counselor.
