The Chez Sandríne in Paris 3
Paris 3 was a holodeck program created by Tom Paris that recreated his favorite Earth establishment Chez Sandríne. Paris recreated the bar-restaurant during his time on USS Voyager, which was frequently visited by the ship's personnel for various leisure activities, such as pool games and The Doctor's dates with Denara Pel. The birthday party for Kes was held in Sandrine's holographic program. Later, when Voyager encountered an inversion field, it was used as a refuge. (VOY: "Twisted")
As part of his efforts to convince the crew that he had become dissatisfied with life aboard Voyager in order to expose the spy supplying information to the Kazon-Nistrim, Paris used the holographic Sandrine's to host his regular radiogenic sweepstake gambling pool. This drew the attention of Commander Chakotay, who punished those involved. (VOY: "Meld")
The Doctor used Sandrine's holographic program while trying to teach Seven of Nine some dating skills. (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me")
