The second story written by Jake Sisko in the standard timeline aboard Deep Space Nine. The story had been written in some form in 2373. After reading the story during his Starfleet Academy field study, Nog's only comment on the story was that Jake's spelling was incorrect. Nog had therefore taken it upon himself to change some linguistic elements of the story.It is unknown whether Jake reverted the story to its earlier form or kept Nog's changes.
