Pat McGroarty (born 1 March 1952; age 72) is a retired stuntman and stunt actor who worked as stunt double for Colm Meaney on several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He received no credit for his work.

McGroarty started his career as stuntman in the 1980's and specialized on horse stunt work. Among his earlier credits are In God We Tru$t (1980, with Paul Baxley, Chuck Hicks, Pete Kellett, Kane Hodder, Mic Rodgers, and Christine Anne Baur), To Live and Die in L.A. (1985, with Dean Stockwell and Bobby Bass), One Crazy Summer (1986, with Tom Villard, Don Ruffin, and Mark Metcalf), The Golden Child (1986, with Shakti, Frank Welker, and stunts by Simone Boisseree, Jeff Cadiente, Phil Chong, Vince Deadrick, Donna Garrett, Jeff Imada, Gene LeBell, Bill McTosh, Noon Orsatti, Bernie Pock, Spiro Razatos, Kimberly L. Ryusaki, and Felix Silla), Return to Horror High (1987, with Vince Deadrick, Jr.), Million Dollar Mystery (1987, with Paul Stader, Andy Epper, Nick Dimitri, Dana Dru Evenson, and Gene LeBell), the action film L.A. Heat (1997, with Kenneth Tigar, Richard Gilbert-Hill, Ray Proscia, Michael Spound, Chuck Borden, Brett Davidson, Thomas DeWier, Mike Gunther, Anita Hart, Steve Kelso, Scott Leva, Cole McKay, and Rita Minor). He was featured in an episode of the documentary I Dare You (2000, narrated by Lee Reherman and with Ron Althoff) and in the documentary Behind the Action: Stuntmen in the Movies (2002, with Robert Herron, Rick Seaman, Tony Brubaker, Victor Paul, Loren Janes, and Bob Hoy) and worked as assistant stunt coordinator and featured stunt actor on Gang of Roses (2003, with stunts by Dartenea Bryant, Sharon Schaffer, Eddie Matthews, and April Weeden).

He also performed stunts in Total Reality (1997, with Geof Prysirr, Bob Morrisey, Ken Olandt, Buddy Daniels Friedman, Denise Lynne Roberts, and Lauro Chartrand), the action film Executive Target (1997, with Robert Miano, Matthias Hues, Mike Genovese, and Lance LeGault), George of the Jungle (1997, with Spencer Garrett, Alexander Denk, and Tim Glenn), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas (1998, with Benicio del Toro, Larry Cedar, Richard Riehle, Ransom Gates, Steven R.
