Paul Bogrow was an old acquaintance of former USS Victory crew members Geordi LaForge and Susanna Leijten's, well remembered for his thin mustache.
Susanna once stated that she nearly married Bogrow, but she changed her mind again as he used to drive her crazy and "was so full of himself". (TNG: "Identity Crisis")
