Penk's starship was a starship operated in the Delta Quadrant, by an individual named Penk, during the late 24th century. The starship was used as a main base of Tsunkatse matches, which took place on the ship but were transmitted live to millions of viewers over the sector. This vessel was five million metric tons, and had reinforced hull plating protected by tetryon-based covariant shielding to prevent sensor penetration, with multiphasic force fields preventing the use of transporters. The ship was heavily armed with neutronic weaponry and a tetryon-based dampening field used to disable the engines, weapons, transporters and shields of ships in close proximity.

In 2376, after Seven of Nine and Lieutenant Commander Tuvok were kidnapped by Penk, the USS Voyager attacked Penk's ship, albeit with little success. Fortunately, the Delta Flyer arrived and disabled the vessel's signal generators and transmitters, allowing for the two crewmembers to be beamed back to Voyager. (VOY: "Tsunkatse")

According to the Star Trek Fact Files this vessel was of Norcadian origin.
