Pennsylvania is a region on the east coast of the North American continent on Earth, a part of the United States of America. It contains of that country's largest cities, Philadelphia.

In 1902, Sean Aloysius O'Brien, leader of the Anthracite strike of that year, received the biggest funeral in Pennsylvanian history after having been murdered a week before the strike ended. (DS9: "Bar Association")
