Potato casserole

Potato casserole is a casserole made from potatoes and other ingredients. A favorite of Miles O'Brien, he served it to his wife Keiko O'Brien in an attempt to broaden her culinary horizons. She was unimpressed, particularly with the "little dark things" (capers) it contained. (TNG: "The Wounded")
