Prosecco was a pink beverage served from a pitcher, sold at Quark's on Deep Space 9.
In 2370, Martus Mazur won a glass of prosecco from Quark in a coin-flipping game at "double or nothing" stakes. (DS9: "Rivals")
It is unclear if this drink has any similarities to the Italian sparkling wine known as Prosecco.
