In 2154, a Klingon warship was spotted near Proxima colony after a group of augments commandeered a Klingon Bird-of-Prey. It was speculated that this ship could have been conducting reconnaissance for a possible future strike which ultimatively didn't happen. (ENT: "Borderland")
Later that year crewmembers from a Rigelian ship were hired by the Klingons to kidnapped Dr. Phlox. The crew filed a false flight plan listing Proxima colony as their destination. (ENT: "Affliction")
- It is likely that this colony exists on one of the planets orbiting Proxima Centauri. It is unclear whether the Alpha Centauri colony is the same colony or another one in the Alpha Centauri system, like Alpha Proxima II, which might be in turn the same as Alpha Centauri colony.
