Quad L-14 was a region of space within the boundaries of the Klingon Empire.
In the 2270s, a sensor drone intercepted a transmission from the Klingon captain of the K't'inga-class IKS Amar. The Amar was the lead ship in a formation of three battle cruisers ordered by the Klingon High Command to intercept V'Ger. The interception resulted in a battle, which ended with the destruction of the three ships. (Star Trek: The Motion Picture)
