"Quarktajino" was the name Odo gave to a decaffeinated version of raktajino Quark created for Kira Nerys. This was done at the request of Miles O'Brien, as Kira (through an accident) was carrying his and Keiko's child and he was worried his son would be born a caffeine addict. In any case, the drink tasted horrible and O'Brien refused to pay for it, claiming he wanted to cure, not poison, Kira. (DS9: "Nor the Battle to the Strong")
