Raan

Commander Raan was a Suliban male serving under Silik in the Suliban Cabal.

In 2152, he assisted Silik in taking over the Enterprise NX-01 after the Enterprise crew had stolen three data disks from a Suliban stealth cruiser. Later, he oversaw the towing of Enterprise to a safe distance from a helix when it appeared as if Enterprise's warp core was going to breach. (ENT: "Shockwave, Part II")

Raan was played by Keith Allan.
