Lt. Rahda
Lieutenant Rhada was a 23rd century Starfleet officer assigned to the USS Enterprise under Captain James T. Kirk.
In 2268 Rhada took over the helm for Hikaru Sulu after he was assigned to the landing party that transported down to the Kalandan outpost. (TOS: "That Which Survives")
