Resh

Resh was an Ilari general who was loyal to Tieran, a tyrant who tried to take over the Ilari homeworld. At first upon discovering that Tieran was occupying the body of Kes, he had doubts about their attempt to take over the government. He was convinced when Tieran used Kes' mental abilities to inflict pain upon him. Tieran later named Resh First Castallan due to his loyalty.

He was in command of 400 troops who he led in a civil war to help impose Tieran as the new ruler. With the help of Voyager, the legitimate rulers were able to defeat him. He was killed in the rescue attempt of Kes.(VOY: "Warlord")

Resh was played by actor Charles Emmett.
