The Retellians are a humanoid race native to the Alpha or Beta Quadrant.
Based on the Retellians encountered by Starfleet, they have generally tan-caucasian skin, and style their short hair into several small ponytails in the back of their head. Their facial structure has several ridged sections, and their chin comes to a decreased point. Their nostrils are minutely extended outward on the top of their lips.
- It's possible Retellians have a more protective skull then average, as when Commander Tucker was punching Goff, he just laughed at him.
Technologically, it's possible the Retellians (as of 2152) were a little behind Humans, as their ships were only capable of warp 2.2, where as Starfleet had reached warp 5.
