Reynaldo "Rey" A. Gallegos is an actor who had a brief appearance as an Enterprise crewman in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode "Strange New World".

Gallegos is probably best remembered for his role of Diaz in the 2008 action sequel Rambo.

Among his first acting parts was a featured role as a Gee Boy in the 1994 comedy Monkey Trouble which features fellow Trek performers Christopher McDonald, Kimberly Cullum, Aaron Lustig, Marcy Goldman, and Frank Welker. Since 2000 he appeared in several television series, including guest and recurring roles in The King of Queens (2000), Bette (2000, with Suzie Plakson), The Practice (2001, with Mark Rafael Truitt), Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place (2001), Angel (2001, with Daniel Dae Kim), Strong Medicine (2001, with Tina Lifford), NYPD Blue (2002, with Gordon Clapp, Michael Spound, and John Vickery), 24 (2002, with Leslie Hope, Jude Ciccolella, Terrell Tilford, and Penny Johnson), 10-8: Officers on Duty (2003), CSI: Miami (2005), Without a Trace (2005, starring Enrique Murciano), Monk (2005, with Jason Alexander and Stanley Kamel), Charmed (2005, with Cullen Douglas), CSI: New York (2006, starring Robert Joy and with John Prosky), and Standoff (2006).

Film roles include the comedy You Got Nothin' (2002, with Brian McNamara), the comedy Wish (2003, with Josette DiCarlo and Scott Klace), the crime comedy Malibu's Most Wanted (2003, with Greg Grunberg, Damion Poitier, Josef Cannon, and Justin Rodgers Hall), Michael Bay's action thriller Bad Boys II (2003, starring Gabrielle Union), the comedy American Wedding (2003, with Angela Paton, Lawrence Pressman, John Cho, and Loren Lester), the drama Frozen Stars (2003), the horror film Voodoo Moon (2005, with Jeffrey Combs, David Jean Thomas, Frank Collison, and David Keith Anderson), the mystery thriller Death Row (2006, with Marco Rodriguez and Henry T. Yamada), and the comic adaptation Spider-Man 3 (2007, with Kirsten Dunst, James Cromwell, Becky Ann Baker, Michael Papajohn, Gregg Daniel, Robert Curtis Brown, Paul Terrell Clayton, Christopher Jude, and Ron King).

More recent performances include guest parts in episodes of Numb3rs (2008), Raising the Bar (2008, with Jim O'Heir), and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2009, with Wallace Langham, Liz Vassey, and Carlos Carrasco) and recurring roles in Prison Break (2007-2008, along with Wade Williams, Robert Knepper, Leon Russom, Castulo Guerra, Mike Gomez, and F.J. Rio) and 24 (2009, with Annie Wersching, Bob Gunton, Jeffrey Nordling, Connor Trinneer, Henry Kingi, Jr., Troy Mittleider, and Mark Casimir Dyniewicz).
