Rhit is a Bajoran Prylar, who worked at the Bajoran temple on Deep Space 9.
In 2370, he was recalled to Bajor because of gambling debts he acquired at Quark's Bar. Before doing so, Quark used his debt to entice him to invite Vedek Bareil to the station, to distract Major Kira. (DS9: Shadowplay)
