Rhit is a Bajoran Prylar, who worked at the Bajoran Temple on Deep Space Nine.
In 2370, he was recalled to Bajor because of gambling debts he aquired at Quark's Bar. Before doing so, Quark used his debt to entice him to invite Vedek Bareil to the station, to distract Major Kira. (DS9: Shadowplay)
