Richard Lynch is an American actor who was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 20th, 1940. He portrayed Arctus Baran in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes "Gambit, Part I" and "Gambit, Part II".
Lynch made his feature film debut in 1973's Scarecrow and has since appeared in over 90 feature films and made-for-television movies, many of which are in the science fiction/horror genre. TV credits include; Starsky and Hutch, The Bionic Woman, Battlestar Galactica, Galactica 1980, Battlestar Galactica: The Second Coming (with John Colicos and George Murdock).
Movies include; God Told Me To, The Sword and the Sorcerer, Puppetmaster III: Toulon's Revenge, Necronomicon (starring Jeffrey Combs and David Warner).
