Robert "Rob" McCabe is an actor and stuntman who worked as stand-in for Eric Bana on Star Trek. McCabe previously stood-in for Bana on Munich (2005) and the comedy Lucky You (2007).

McCabe worked as stand-in for several actors, including Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Muse Watson in MI Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998), for Prinze, Jr. in She's All That (1999) and Boys and Girls (2000), for Liam Neeson in The Haunting (1999, alongside Vanessa Grayson), for Peter Stormare in Windtalkers (2002), for Keanu Reeves in The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions (both 2003), Something's Gotta Give (2003), and Constantine (2005), for Tony Goldwyn and Billy Connolly in The Last Samurai (2003, written by John Logan), for Will Ferrell in Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie (2004), Kicking and Screaming (2005), and Must Love Dogs (2005), for Hugh Jackman in The Prestige (2006), and for Jason Lee in Alvin and the Chipmunks (2007).

He was the main stand-in for Brendan Fraser in several films, including George of the Jungle (1997), Blast From the Past (1999), Bedazzled (2000), and Monkeybone (1999), as well as his occasional stunt double, and worked as photo double and utility stand-in on Deep Impact (1998, with Denise Crosby), The X-Files, and Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation (2004).

McCabe is possibly best known as butt double for Ben Affleck in Pearl Harbor (2001), on which he also worked as set and production assistant on the second unit and appeared in a background role as a rescue sailor.

McCabe had background roles as a co-worker in Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie (2004, with Holmes R. Osborne, Stephen Root, and Glen Hambly), as an American athlete in the drama Munich (2005), and as a stunt performer in the My Name Is Earl episode "Early Release" (2007, alongside Thom Williams).
