Robert Harper (born 19 May 1951; age 72) is an actor from New York City, New York, who played Lathal Bine in the Star Trek: The Next Generation fourth season episode "The Host" in 1991. Harper filmed his scenes on Wednesday 13 March 1991 on Paramount Stage 8 but received no credit in the end credits of the episode.
