Robert Harper (b. May 19, 1951 in New York City, New York) played Lathal Bine in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Host".
Outside of Star Trek, he has appeared in the TV series L.A. Law, which also featured Diana Muldaur, he has also appeared on Murphy Brown, Law & Order, Roseanne, and Commander in Chief. Robert starred on the short lived ABC tv series Philly as Judge Irwin Hayes from 2001-2002.
Robert has starred in some feature films, his first film roll was in the 1981 cult movie Mommie Dearest, his other rolls was in the 1982 George A. Romero/Stephen King movie Creepshow (with Adrienne Barbeau, Fritz Weaver, Jon Lormer, and Don Keefer. The 1988 hit comedy movie Twins, the 1992 film Final Analysis, the 1997 movie Deconstructing Harry, and the 1999 drama movie The Insider.
