Robert Symonds (born 1 December 1926; age 97) played the role of Vedek Porta in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "Accession".
Symonds also appeared on the TV series "M*A*S*H" in two episodes with David Odgen Stiers, in which Symonds played Colonel Horace Baldwin, who banished Stiers' character, Major Charles Emerson Winchester, to the 4077th. Symonds also appeared on "Quantum Leap" with Scott Bakula in the episode "Shock Theatre".
