A Roger Maris baseball card

Roger Maris (1934-1985) was a noted Human baseball player of the 20th century. He spent the majority of his time in the game playing for the New York Yankees.

In 2366, the only known Roger Maris baseball card, dating from 1962, was among the items of Kivas Fajo's illegal collection (TNG: "The Most Toys"). It was kept in a display case and the scent of bubble gum was preserved along with the card.

In 1961 - the season a 1962 card would have recognized - Maris set a Major League record by hitting 61 home runs, a record that still stood when the episode aired in 1990.
