Rulat

Rulat was a Kazon who helped Seska take over Voyager.

When USS Voyager was hit by the gravimetric force of a spatial rift it caused different timelines to appear on the ship. One timeline was Seska taking over engineering five years previous with the help of Rulat and the Kazon. Chakotay would encounter them again during the effects of the spatial rift. Rulat, Seska, and the rest of the Kazon were defeated by the rest of the people in different timelines, who banned together to restore the present. (VOY: Shattered)
